Refund policy

At [zainicollection], we want you to be happy with your watch purchase. If you receive a watch that is damaged, defective, or different from the one you ordered, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. The watch must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories. For any return or product exchange/change, a Rs. 350 return/exchange charge will apply, which will be paid by the customer. Customers must contact us before sending any product back and provide their order number along with clear photos or videos if the watch is damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will process the approved exchange or refund. Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been verified and may exclude applicable delivery charges. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing accessories, or are returned after the allowed period may not be eligible for return or refund.
